INTRODUCTION TO THE ISSUE

 

Our WebQuest is about the Gestural Videos since with the incorporation of technology into education seeks to link all the multimedia aspect, that is, to incorporate images, sounds or videos explaining certain content that subsequently can be observed. Likewise, the technology provides components such as: the student, the teacher, educational content and the Media thay help the student what for she/he has a space where he/she appropiates of new knowledge, experiences and elements that generate processes of analysis, reflection and appropiation of the different topics.

 

The use of technology in education has opened new horizons and new possibilities for working within the classroom.  One of the most common and effective audiovisual resources are the videos, either as a resource of teachers to explain themes or as a resource for students to translate their ideas as a result of work; but finally both education actors make use of this tool called video. But how aware are students of the realization of a good video?

 

The intention to promote the use of the videos in class is not  that students become in consumers of these videos but students become in creators of excellent quality videos.
